This is a beautiful place, I would say the nicest in Kainchi Dham. So peaceful, beautiful rooms, very kind manager and staff, and a lovely walk into town and the Ashram temple. Some say the walk is far, it is not. Maybe 7-8 minutes but you can see the Temple from the hotel,You are just above it a bit. The walk takes you by a lovely waterfall and then directly into town. Seriously, you are just on the edge of town. You could throw a rock and hit it, just the road curve around a bit so it is not steep. Only if you are quite out of shape would this be difficult. (Also they provide a free drop off and pick up). The rooms are spectacular, great view of surrounding hills and valley, and the food is good.

Nothing. It was one of my best stays after traveling around for a month in India.

Had a great stay with wonderful experience. Staff were very courteous. Any room service request was attended very promptly. Food was sumptuous. Loved all the restaurants and buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to ndls.

Hotel in Delhi was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were once again impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the staff and the overall comfort of the hotel. The location is unbeatable, with Bengali Market and Connaught Place just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

Had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful The room was really comfortable. Shower excellent and really good value for money. Surprisingly quiet considering the location. Very near new Delhi railway station walking distance with a back pack !. The food was good and served quickly. The internet connection was very good and fast speed.

Very short stay, but excellent one, wonderful staff. Everyone was polite, efficient, helpful and the rooms were clean, good amenities. The food as always was good. Appreciate the staffs efforts to keep the brand on point. Next visit would be definitely staying here again

Have to ask them to provide everything even dental kits.they dint provide slipper without asking to provide that.They should cautious about providing every allocated services without asking by the guest.

Staff behavior was rude and cleaning was poor.They didn't provide the proper room key throughout the stay. I checked out before the schedule.

Very good hotel and nice discount on booking through this website i.e. booking.com. The owners, managers and staff believe in hospitality. Clean rooms. Breakfast variety is less, but taste was good. I would like to emphasise the honesty of the housekeeping staff. I left my smart watch by mistake on the table and left for the day. When I realised later, I thought I won't find it now. But, the housekeeping staff had cleaned my room and had placed my watch also at proper place. Really, a trustworthy staff. Since, the hotel is in main bazaar, not a good place for romantic trip but for a business trip, it is really a nice place to stay.

Room was clean

Too small room hardly space left for walking. While booking in pictures room looked big but it was very small. There is no restaurant as shown in pictures they get food from their other branch accross the road. I would never recomend it and booking.com should ask them to change the pictures and show exact room size.

I was positively surprised. I needed a hotel for one night only and was very skeptical about booking one in Delhi as at many hotels with a rating of 8 or 9 stars it seemed like the ratings were fake. because they only had rating with 10 and then many with 1. that’s suspicious. and some people even wrote that they didn’t write the review and corrected them (dont give away your PIN and booking code!). not it this hotel fortunately! so i took one with rating 7 and these seemed like very honest and authentic reviews. and i was not disappointed.the room was clean, there was wifi, warm water, even soap and shower gel was provided. as well as a water boiler and coffee / tea. and its very close to the railway station. for this price it is much more than i have expected, so that’s why i give 9 stars.

you have to be aware that it is in the main bazar street and can be a little loud. also there was noise from the other rooms when somebody used the shower/bathroom but acceptable.
